// This systematic review analyzed 18 pediatric cases of laryngeal lymphoma to characterize clinical features, diagnosis, treatment, and outcomes. Most cases were non-Hodgkin B-cell lymphomas affecting the supraglottis, predominantly localized with chemotherapy as the main treatment. Patients with diffuse disease or immunodeficiency had significantly higher mortality. Early diagnosis and multidisciplinary care improve prognosis, especially for localized disease.
