// Effect of Verbal Working Memory Training on Auditory Processing Abilities, Working Memory, and Listening Effort in Children With Central Auditory Processing Disorders

本研究評估語言工作記憶（WM）訓練對中央聽覺處理障礙兒童的聽覺處理、WM及聽力負荷影響｜20名兒童分為訓練組與安慰劑組，訓練前後進行評估｜語言WM訓練組在聽覺處理、語言與視覺空間WM及聽力負荷均有顯著提升，安慰劑組無變化｜結果顯示語言WM訓練能有效增強此類兒童的聽覺及認知功能。

// This study evaluated the impact of verbal working memory (WM) training on auditory processing, WM, and listening effort in children with central auditory processing disorders. Twenty children were divided into a verbal WM training group and a placebo group, with assessments before and after training. The verbal WM training group showed significant improvement in auditory processing, verbal and visuospatial WM, and listening effort, while the placebo group showed no changes. The findings suggest that verbal WM training can enhance auditory processing and cognitive functions in children with (C)APD.
