// Seasonal variation in climate, air pollution, and the incidence of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo

// This study analyzed 20 years of data in Taiwan to explore how climate and air pollution relate to benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) incidence. Using ARMA models, it found that higher temperature, atmospheric pressure, and NO₂ levels significantly increase BPPV cases, while sunshine duration does not. Spring showed higher monthly BPPV incidence than winter across all groups. These results suggest environmental factors may influence BPPV risk and should be considered in prevention and care.
