// This study explored the experiences of young adults with traumatic brain injury (TBI) in educational, home, and extracurricular settings using online interviews and thematic analysis. Results revealed ongoing challenges managed through personal coping methods and essential support/accommodations from instructors and employers. Participants also faced social misunderstandings and emotional distress related to isolation and identity changes. The findings suggest the need for tailored, person-centered interventions to improve support and quality of life for young adults with TBI.
