Using a systematic search, 11 relevant studies involving 714 WHL were analyzed, noting common accommodations like captioning and personal assistive devices. For healthcare workers, amplified stethoscopes were the main accommodation, with calls for better advocacy, funding, technology, and transparent masks. The findings suggest enhanced, tailored accommodations could boost retention, productivity, and safety in healthcare settings.
