// A qualitative analysis of the experiences of pioneering females in pediatric otolaryngology

本研究質性探討小兒耳鼻喉科女性領導者面臨的性別挑戰｜透過半結構式訪談與紮根理論分析，九位女性領導分享導師支持、歧視經驗與因應策略｜結果揭示持續存在的主動歧視，並提供自我照顧、堅持與適應力的建議，助於改善該領域性別偏見問題。

// This study qualitatively explored challenges faced by women leaders in pediatric otolaryngology due to gender. Using semi-structured interviews and grounded theory analysis, nine female leaders shared experiences of mentorship, discrimination, and coping strategies. Findings highlighted persistent active discrimination and offered advice on self-care, perseverance, and adaptability. The results provide insight to help address ongoing gender bias in the field.
