本研究提出分析個別聽覺腦幹反應（ABR）試驗的新方法｜透過評分單次試驗並設定聽覺腦幹偵測（ABD）閾值，提升超閾聽力能力的偵測準確度｜結合振幅與相似度的評分顯著降低ABD閾值，並發現部分ABR閾值正常者仍存在超閾聽力缺損。

// This study presents a method to analyze individual auditory brainstem response (ABR) trials, overcoming previous limitations due to low signal-to-noise ratios. By scoring individual-trial ABRs and using these scores to define auditory brainstem detection (ABD) thresholds, the method better detects suprathreshold hearing abilities. Combining amplitude and similarity in scoring yields lower ABD thresholds than using amplitude alone. The approach reveals that some individuals with normal ABR thresholds still show suprathreshold hearing deficits.
