本研究評估AAC生成語言介入（AAC-GLI）方案對使用輔助與替代溝通（AAC）學齡前兒童表達語法的提升效果｜隨機對照試驗涵蓋40名兒童，介入組接受遊戲化AAC-GLI訓練，對照組未接受｜結果顯示介入組在符號加權平均話語長度（W-MLUSym）表達語法提升顯著｜證實AAC-GLI有效促進溝通障礙兒童語法發展。

// This study evaluated the AAC Generative Language Intervention (AAC-GLI) program to improve expressive grammar in preschoolers using augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). A randomized controlled trial with 40 children compared the intervention group, which received play-based AAC-GLI sessions, to a control group. Results showed the intervention group had significantly greater improvements in aided expressive grammar, measured by weighted mean length of utterance in symbols (W-MLUSym). The findings suggest AAC-GLI effectively supports grammar development in young children with communication impairments.
