// This study examined how itinerant speech-language pathologists (SLPs) and teachers in Taiwan collaborate within a teacher-centered model to provide effective speech-language therapy. Using interviews and thematic analysis, the research identified key collaborative features such as shared goals evolving into professional friendships, joint efforts among SLPs, teachers, and parents, and a collaborative learning process. The findings show that itinerant SLT relies on adaptive, empathetic communication and mutual learning, with SLPs tailoring their clinical input to teachers' needs. This relationship-driven, context-specific model contrasts with Western full-time embedded SLP frameworks and supports inclusive education through trust and cooperation.
