// This study quantitatively assessed visual motion sensitivity in vestibular migraine (VM) patients using symptom ratings during viewing of optical flow videos. VM participants showed significantly higher visual motion sensitivity and composite symptom scores than healthy controls. These symptom scores strongly correlated with established clinical measures, especially the Visual Vertigo Analog Scale. Visual motion sensitivity is a distinct, measurable characteristic of VM that may aid in evaluating disease severity and treatment outcomes.
