// This study assessed enhanced perioperative nursing based on rapid rehabilitation in children undergoing endoscopic adenoidectomy. Children receiving this care had significantly lower pain at day 3, shorter hospital stays, faster symptom resolution, and better quality of life at 3 months compared to routine care. They also experienced fewer complications, higher treatment compliance, and greater parental satisfaction. The results suggest that rapid rehabilitation nursing improves recovery and outcomes in pediatric adenoidectomy.
