// This study used Appreciative Inquiry to engage speech-language pathologists in co-designing culturally responsive diagnostic practices for Developmental Language Disorder in Northern Territory, Australia. Through online sessions following a 4D cycle and strategic alignment with organizational priorities, participants collaboratively developed a context-specific framework and resources. The approach increased clinician confidence, improved diagnostic clarity, and strengthened professional connections while fostering ownership and practical outputs for diverse settings. Appreciative Inquiry proved to be an effective, inclusive method for sustainable, contextually relevant healthcare improvements in rural and remote areas.
