// This study translated and culturally adapted the CARES questionnaire into Turkish (CARES-TR) to assess caregiver burden for individuals with dysphagia. Psychometric evaluation with 193 informal caregivers showed high internal consistency, excellent test-retest reliability, and strong correlations with related clinical measures. Rasch analysis confirmed good item fit and reliability, with no floor or ceiling effects observed. The CARES-TR is a reliable, valid, and practical tool for screening caregiver burden in Turkish-speaking dysphagia populations.
