本研究針對兒童咽鼓管功能障礙（ETD）調整並驗證咽鼓管功能問卷-7（ETDQ-7）｜在38名患者與38名對照組中測試，顯示問卷分數有顯著差異且內部一致性良好（Cronbach α=0.8622）｜針對兒童ETD，分數≥10具有效識別能力，pETDQ-7是評估症狀影響與治療追蹤的可靠工具。

// This study aimed to adapt and validate the Eustachian Tube Dysfunction Questionnaire-7 (ETDQ-7) for children with Eustachian Tube Dysfunction (ETD). The adapted pediatric version (pETDQ-7) was tested on 38 ETD patients and 38 controls, showing a significant score difference and good internal consistency (Cronbach α=0.8622). A score of 10 or above effectively identified ETD in children. The pETDQ-7 is a reliable tool to assess symptom impact and monitor treatment outcomes in pediatric ETD.
