本回溯性研究分析140名兒童慢性中耳炎(CSOM)患者，評估單純第一型鼓膜成形術與結合保留聽骨壁乳突切除術之預後差異｜採用患者自體顳筋腱膜移植，追蹤6個月至5年，結果顯示結合手術鼓膜愈合率達96.57%、傳導性聽力改善率91.3%，優於單純手術（分別為89.77%及88.57%）｜整體兩種術式均有約90%成功率，有效恢復兒童聽力，具臨床應用價值。
// This retrospective study assessed prognostic variables on outcomes of Type I tympanoplasty alone versus combined with intact canal wall mastoidectomy in 140 pediatric CSOM patients. Surgeries used autologous temporalis fascia grafts, and success was measured by tympanic membrane healing and hearing improvement over 6 months to 5 years follow-up. The combined procedure showed a higher graft healing rate (96.57%) and conductive hearing improvement (91.3%) compared to tympanoplasty alone (89.77% and 88.57%, respectively). Overall, both surgical approaches achieved about 90% success in restoring hearing in children with CSOM.
