本研究評估一款行動健康（mHealth）聽力篩檢APP在65歲以上成人的診斷準確性｜相較純音聽力測試，該APP對輕度及中度聽力損失敏感度最高且準確度顯著提升｜使用者與醫療專業人員均高度認可，建議將此工具納入基層預防檢查，促進早期聽損發現與管理。

// This study evaluated the diagnostic accuracy and acceptability of a mobile health (mHealth) app for hearing loss (HL) screening in adults over 65 across four primary health care centers. Using pure-tone audiometry as the reference, the mHealth app showed the highest sensitivity and significantly better accuracy for detecting mild and moderate HL compared to other tests. The app was also rated as highly acceptable by both older adults and health professionals. The findings support integrating the mHealth tool into preventive medical exams to improve early HL detection and management in primary care.
