// This study reviewed 23 pediatric cases of congenital laryngeal webs treated over ten years using a graded management protocol based on web severity. Treatments ranged from endoscopic release for thin webs to open laryngotracheal reconstruction for thick webs with subglottic extension. The approach achieved 100% airway patency and decannulation in tracheostomized patients with minimal revision surgeries. The findings support a tailored, multidisciplinary strategy to balance airway function and voice preservation in these rare anomalies.
