本研究評估良性陣發性位置性眩暈（BPPV）患者中，復位後仍有殘留症狀者之前庭復健療法（VRT）效果｜採隨機對照設計，對比VRT結合藥物與單獨用藥，在28天內藉眩暈評分、平衡及動態視力進行評估｜結果顯示VRT能顯著改善眩暈和平衡狀況，且根據後半規管與水平半規管病型出現不同復原模式，支持VRT作為依病型調整的有效復健方案。

// This study evaluated vestibular rehabilitation therapy (VRT) for patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) who had residual symptoms after repositioning. Using a randomized controlled design, patients received either combined VRT plus medication or medication alone, with outcomes assessed by dizziness scores, balance, and visual acuity over 28 days. Results showed VRT significantly improved dizziness, balance, and dynamic visual acuity compared to control, with subtype-specific differences in recovery patterns between posterior and horizontal canal BPPV. The findings support VRT as an effective treatment that enables tailored rehabilitation based on BPPV subtype.
