本研究探討以術前CT影像測量的額面鼻頦角（FNM角度）是否能預測新生兒孤立性羅賓症候群下頜延長手術距離｜對16例患者進行線性回歸分析，結果未發現FNM角度與延長距離間具顯著相關性｜同時也未見延長距離與術前二氧化碳分壓（pCO2）有關｜顯示下頜小畸形嚴重度並不直接反映氣道阻塞程度，對臨床評估有重要啟示。

// This study investigated whether the severity of micrognathia, measured by frontal nasomental (FNM) angle on preoperative CT scans, predicts the mandibular distraction distance needed in neonates with isolated Robin Sequence. Using linear regression on data from sixteen patients, no significant correlation was found between FNM angle and distraction distance. Results also showed no link between distraction distance and preoperative pCO2 levels. The findings suggest that micrognathia severity does not directly reflect the extent of airway obstruction in these infants.
