本研究探討結構化術前吞嚥治療對頭頸癌部分喉切除患者術後吞嚥恢復的影響｜30名患者分為術前後治療組與僅術後治療組，結果顯示術前治療組吞嚥功能恢復更快、進食能力更佳，使用鼻胃管時間減少，生活品質明顯提升｜結論建議術前吞嚥訓練應成為圍手術期照護標準，助力患者術後更有效復原。

// This study investigated whether structured preoperative swallowing therapy improves postoperative swallowing recovery in head and neck cancer patients undergoing partial laryngectomy. Thirty patients were divided into a study group receiving both pre- and postoperative therapy and a control group receiving only postoperative therapy, with swallowing function assessed using objective scales and quality of life questionnaires. Results showed the preoperative therapy group achieved earlier and better functional oral intake, reduced swallowing impairment, shorter nasogastric tube use, and improved quality of life measures compared to controls. The study concludes that incorporating structured preoperative swallowing therapy accelerates recovery and should be integrated into perioperative care for these patients.
