// Tumor-to-Tumor Metastasis Involving Vestibular Schwannoma: Case Report and Literature Review

本研究報告乳癌轉移到前庭神經鞘瘤的罕見病例｜經手術切除後，透過組織病理及免疫組織化學分析確認｜患者診斷後癌症已廣泛轉移｜目前共記錄11例此類轉移，提醒臨床在合併系統性惡性腫瘤與前庭鞘瘤時應留意此可能性｜研究發現細胞黏附可能促進癌細胞向鞘瘤擴散，需進一步探討。

// This study reports a case of tumor-to-tumor metastasis where breast cancer spread to a vestibular schwannoma, confirmed by histopathologic and immunohistochemical analysis after surgical resection. The patient showed advanced cancer spread following this diagnosis. Including this case, 11 such metastases to vestibular schwannomas have been documented, emphasizing the need to consider this possibility in patients with systemic malignancy and vestibular schwannoma. The findings suggest that cell adhesion may play a role in cancer spread to schwannomas, warranting further research.
