// This study explored elementary speech-language pathologists' (SLPs) and counselors' views on social-emotional learning (SEL) needs of students with communication disorders. Through virtual focus groups and surveys, researchers identified that these students face unique SEL challenges, and while SLPs often address SEL without formal training, SLPs and counselors use complementary approaches. Findings emphasize a need for improved training and research to better support SEL in this population.
