本研究探討預後營養指數（PNI）與非酒精性脂肪肝病（NAFLD）患者突發性感音神經性聽力損失（SSNHL）之關係｜經傾向分數匹配分析120名有無NAFLD患者，發現NAFLD患者PNI較低、聽力損失更嚴重且預後較差｜PNI隨SSNHL嚴重度下降，但與預後無顯著相關，提示PNI對疾病判斷有限實用性。

// This study investigated the relationship between the Prognostic Nutritional Index (PNI) and sudden sensorineural hearing loss (SSNHL) in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Using propensity score matching, 120 SSNHL patients with and without NAFLD were compared on clinical indicators, hearing severity, and PNI levels. Patients with NAFLD had lower PNI, more severe hearing loss, and worse prognosis, with PNI levels decreasing as SSNHL severity increased. However, PNI was not significantly linked to SSNHL prognosis.
