// This study retrospectively analyzed 55 patients with CHARGE syndrome undergoing cochlear implantation to assess surgical feasibility and outcomes. Despite complex anatomy and neurodevelopmental impairments, 81% achieved complete electrode insertion, and 64% showed clinical benefit in hearing and function. Nearly half remained active CI users, though 15% experienced facial nerve stimulation, leading some to discontinue use. The results support tailored CI candidacy evaluation and informed surgical planning for this population.
