本綜述回顧60篇低中收入國家針對有溝通支持需求者的面對面服務研究｜多數聚焦聽力障礙者在醫療環境中的溝通障礙與促進因素｜結果指出服務系統、政策、科技及服務提供者態度均影響溝通，且多為可調整因素｜呼籲與當事人共創整合性介入方案，推動改善溝通可及性。

// This review examined studies on communication access during face-to-face service encounters for people with communication support needs in low- and middle-income countries. It used a systematic framework to identify and analyze 60 relevant studies, mostly focused on hearing impairments in healthcare settings. The review found multiple barriers and facilitators related to service systems, policies, technology, environments, and provider attitudes and skills. It concluded that many factors affecting communication access are changeable and called for research on integrated interventions co-developed with affected individuals.
