本研究比較兒童先耳殼前突入路（Po-HCA）與標準先耳殼前突入路（Pre-HCA）切除耳前竇的效果｜Po-HCA顯著縮短切口長度，留下更小的可見疤痕｜手術時間、感染率及復發率無顯著差異，證實Po-HCA為安全有效且美容效果更佳的替代方案。

// This study evaluated the Post-helical Crus Approach (Po-HCA) for removing preauricular sinuses in children, comparing it to the standard Pre-helical Crus Approach (Pre-HCA). Po-HCA significantly reduced the sinus incision length, resulting in a much smaller visible scar. There were no differences in total incision length, surgery time, infection, or recurrence rates between the methods. Po-HCA is a safe, effective alternative offering better cosmetic outcomes for non-infected preauricular sinus excision.
