本研究將「聽力障礙影響-重要他人量表」（HII-SOP）翻譯成坎納達語｜對57名聽損者重要他人進行測試，展現高度內部一致性與因素分析驗證之可靠性｜結果顯示第三方輕至中度功能受限，無論關係親疏皆適用｜HII-SOP-K為坎納達語族群提供臨床與研究有效工具，助力家庭中心聽力照護。

// This study aimed to translate and validate the Hearing Impairment Impact-Significant Other Profile (HII-SOP) questionnaire into Kannada to assess third-party disabilities among significant others (SOs) of individuals with hearing loss. The Kannada version (HII-SOP-K) was administered to 57 SOs, showing excellent reliability and validity based on internal consistency and factor analysis. Results indicated mild-to-moderate third-party disabilities regardless of the SOs’ relationship to the individuals with hearing loss. The HII-SOP-K is a valid, reliable tool for clinical and research use among Kannada speakers to support family-centered audiological care.
