本研究針對635名不同年齡及聽力狀況的參與者，利用NASA-TLX工作負荷評估與多種語音測試探討聆聽負荷與語音識別之關係｜線性回歸結果顯示，自我報告較低的工作負荷（包括表現、努力及挫折感）與較佳語音識別能力顯著相關，且結果經聽覺敏感度與人口統計調整後依然成立｜顯示自我報告的聆聽負荷可作為傳統聽力評估的重要補充，有助更全面理解個人聆聽能力。
// This study examined how listening workload relates to speech recognition across different ages and hearing levels using NASA-TLX workload assessments and several speech tests in 635 participants. Linear regression showed that lower self-reported workload (performance, effort, frustration) correlated with better speech recognition, even after adjusting for audibility and demographics. The results suggest that self-reported listening workload can complement traditional measures to better understand individuals' listening abilities.
