本研究分析2015至2024年全國兒童扁桃腺切除及腺樣體切除術（TA）同時合併下鼻甲縮小術（ITR）的趨勢｜約5.2%的TA手術包含ITR，青少年患者比例較幼兒高，且手術率穩定｜粘膜下切除為主要術式，合併ITR並未增加術後出血或再入院風險，顯示ITR在兒童TA手術中安全可行，尤其適用於較大年齡患者。

// This study analyzed national trends in pediatric tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy (TA) with concurrent inferior turbinate reduction (ITR) from 2015 to 2024 using a large claims database. About 5.2% of TA procedures included ITR, with rates stable over time but higher in adolescents than young children. Submucous resection was the most common turbinate procedure, and concurrent ITR did not increase postoperative bleeding or readmission risk. The findings show that ITR is safely incorporated in pediatric TA, especially in older patients.
