// This study tested the reliability of the Rehabilitation Treatment Specification System for voice therapy (RTSS-Voice) by coding therapy sessions from five expert clinicians. Trained students coded four key therapy ingredients, showing strong reliability for practice voicing and moderate-to-strong reliability for informational codes. Clinicians consistently emphasized volition ingredients more than practice or feedback, revealing both common and differing therapy approaches. The findings support RTSS-Voice as a reliable tool for studying therapy dosage and may help link treatment variations to patient outcomes.
