// This study compared a telemonitoring-supported home-based rehabilitation model with conventional center-based rehabilitation for children with cochlear implants in Uzbekistan. Over 12 weeks, the intervention group showed greater improvement in balance and mobility than the control group, while auditory-speech skills improved similarly in both groups. Parent feedback revealed challenges in home support environments. The findings suggest that combining home practice with telemonitoring enhances functional outcomes and service accessibility in regions with limited rehabilitation access.
