本研究回顧76例耳前竇切除手術，比較傳統延遲手術與感染期單次切除的效果｜結果顯示，兩者復發率無顯著差異，感染時手術同樣安全｜常見菌種包括厭氧菌、金黃色葡萄球菌及上呼吸道菌群，建議術後配合抗厭氧菌抗生素治療。

// This study reviewed 76 cases of preauricular sinus excision over 10 years to compare outcomes of traditional delayed surgery versus single-stage excision during active infection. Results showed no significant difference in recurrence between delayed and emergency single-stage excisions, even when sinuses were infected at surgery. The most common bacteria found were anaerobes, Staphylococcus aureus, and upper respiratory tract flora, often involving multiple organisms. The study concludes that single-stage excision during active infection is safe and recommends anti-anaerobic antibiotics for treatment.
