// This study examined changes in croup management in Croatia over 30 years by surveying pediatricians and otolaryngologists using a clinical vignette. The key finding was a strong increase in the use of nebulized racemic epinephrine from 1993 to 2023, aligning with evidence-based guidelines. Additionally, antibiotic and antihistamine use declined, while corticosteroids remained consistently used. Overall, croup treatment in Croatia shifted toward more modern, effective approaches during this period.
