// This study explored perspectives of cochlear implant users, audiologists, and clinic staff on current adult cochlear implant services and remote assessment tools using focus groups and qualitative analysis. Findings revealed mixed attitudes, with stakeholders recognizing benefits of both existing services and remote care but differing on implementation and accessibility. Key barriers include resistance to change, complexity of adoption, and influence of external support networks. The study concludes that remote care's potential will remain limited without addressing organizational and financial challenges.
