本研究介紹利用16號靜脈注射針改良的經皮聲帶外展術，治療兒童雙側聲帶麻痺｜9名患兒接受手術，均成功拔除氣管造口管，無重大併發症發生｜此方法成本低、安全有效，且保留吞嚥與發聲功能，僅出現短暫聲音障礙，適合資源有限環境應用。

// This study describes a modified percutaneous vocal fold lateralization technique using a 16-gauge intravenous catheter to treat pediatric bilateral vocal fold paralysis. Nine children underwent the procedure, all achieving successful tracheostomy decannulation without major complications. The method preserved swallowing and voice function, with only transient dysphonia observed. This low-cost, safe, and effective modification is suitable for resource-limited settings and supports vocal fold lateralization as a primary surgical option in affected children.
