本研究開發無插圖版本的日語中風與失語症生活品質量表（SAQOL-39-J-ni），提升國際比較性｜在100名多為中風後失語症患者中驗證，內部一致性高（Cronbach's α = 0.95），再測信度佳（ICC = 0.94），無明顯天花板或地板效應｜該量表為評估日本失語症患者生活品質的可靠有效工具，促進跨文化研究應用。

// The study developed a new Japanese version of the Stroke and Aphasia Quality of Life Scale without illustrations (SAQOL-39-J-ni) to improve international comparability. It tested acceptability, reliability, and validity with 100 participants, mostly with post-stroke aphasia. Results showed high internal consistency (Cronbach's α = 0.95) and test-retest reliability (ICC = 0.94) with no significant ceiling or floor effects. The SAQOL-39-J-ni is a reliable and valid tool for assessing quality of life in Japanese aphasia patients and supports cross-cultural research.
