// This study aimed to clarify the role of speech-language pathologists (SLPs) in oral frailty care through a scoping review of existing research. Ten studies were examined, revealing that SLPs contribute to assessing and managing oral frailty linked to conditions like dysphagia and sarcopenia, but their role is not clearly defined. The review found limited clinical guidelines for SLP involvement in oral frailty, highlighting a need for further research and development of protocols. Improving education and interprofessional collaboration could enhance care outcomes for older adults with oral frailty.
