// This study developed and preliminarily validated the HBAH-BRF Questionnaire to assess caregiver-reported barriers and facilitators in home-based aural habilitation for Malaysian children with hearing impairment. Caregivers reported low barriers and high facilitators, readiness, professional support, and satisfaction with services. The questionnaire showed good internal consistency, and factor analysis identified key facilitator components such as family support and resource accessibility. These findings highlight important caregiver perspectives to guide family-centered support in aural habilitation.
