// Dynamic neuromuscular stabilization exercises improve sensorimotor function and muscle performance in adolescents with hearing impairment: a randomized controlled trial

// This study investigated the impact of four weeks of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) exercises on sensorimotor function and muscle performance in male adolescents with severe hearing impairment. Twenty-two participants were randomized to DNS intervention or control groups, with assessments of proprioception, functional movement, strength, and endurance conducted before and after the intervention. DNS exercises significantly improved proprioception across multiple joints, functional movement patterns, muscle strength, and endurance compared to controls. The results suggest DNS exercises enhance motor control and could be beneficial in rehabilitation for hearing-impaired adolescents.
