本研究於退伍軍人健康管理局推動全國耳蝸植入（CI）輔導計畫｜兩年內輔導超過75名聽力師，結合遠距醫療與實務操作｜明顯提升臨床能力與獨立執行CI的準備度，顯示該計畫具備擴展至大型醫療系統的可行性與成效。

// This study developed and implemented a national cochlear implant (CI) mentorship program within the Veterans Health Administration to address limited access and provider training barriers. The program paired experienced CI audiologists with clinicians for structured, blended education and hands-on training. Over two years, it mentored over 75 audiologists, expanded telehealth services, and improved clinical competence and readiness for independent CI practice. The results show that such mentorship is an effective, scalable way to enhance CI expertise and access in large health systems.
