本研究評估家長與言語治療師（SLP）使用嚴重度評分（SR）量表追蹤學齡前兒童一日內口吃嚴重程度｜十名兒童全天語音錄音，結果顯示口吃嚴重度日內波動大且無明顯趨勢｜家長與SLP評分高度一致，且隨機抽取10分鐘樣本即可有效反映典型嚴重程度｜支持SR量表用於臨床及研究早期口吃監測。

// This study examined using a severity rating (SR) scale by parents and speech-language pathologists (SLPs) to track stuttering severity in preschool children over a day. Ten children’s speech was recorded all day, and parents and SLPs assigned SR scores, showing stuttering severity varied widely throughout the day without a clear trend. Parent-assigned SRs closely matched SLP ratings, and a random 10-minute sample provided a valid estimate of typical stuttering severity. The results support using SR scales for monitoring early stuttering in clinical and research settings.
