兒童因異位性皮膚炎使用度普利尤單抗治療相關之神經發炎及神經精神症候群

// Pediatric Neuroinflammatory and Neuropsychiatric Syndromes Associated with Dupilumab Treatment for Atopic Dermatitis

研究報告4名兒童使用杜匹單抗治療異位性皮膚炎後出現神經發炎症狀｜症狀於用藥2至6個月內出現，表現為行為及語言障礙並伴隨神經診斷異常｜3人停藥加免疫治療後改善，1人因基礎病情需進行幹細胞移植｜結果顯示杜匹單抗可能誘發部分兒童患者的神經發炎反應。

// This study reports neuroinflammatory syndromes in four children receiving dupilumab for atopic dermatitis. Symptoms appeared 2-6 months after treatment and included behavioral and language impairments with neurodiagnostic abnormalities. Three children improved after stopping the drug and receiving immunotherapy, while one with a pre-existing condition needed stem cell transplantation. The findings suggest dupilumab may trigger neuroinflammation in some pediatric patients.
