// This study examined differences in audiological service availability between low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) and high-income countries (HICs) using an international survey of 47 countries. Results showed that HICs had significantly greater access to newborn hearing screening, diagnostic tests, assessments, vestibular services, and advanced hearing technologies like cochlear implants. The findings reveal major disparities in hearing health care between income groups. Addressing these gaps is crucial for equitable global audiological care.
