// This systematic review and meta-analysis evaluated digital interventions for first-time hearing aid users across six outcome domains. Most interventions focused on education and self-management, showing moderate-certainty improvements only in knowledge, skills, and self-management. Evidence for other outcomes such as hearing aid use and psychosocial adjustment was limited, inconsistent, or of very low certainty. The study concludes that digital educational programs can complement standard care but calls for larger, pre-registered trials with broader interventions and standardized measures.
