// This study examined whether guided implementation supports improve the use of formalized language sample analysis (LSA) among school-based speech-language pathologists (SLPs). SLPs receiving training, expert services, and discussions showed higher fidelity, acceptability, and a 100% increase in LSA adoption compared to minimal gains in a self-directed group. The research found that guided supports enhanced perceptions of LSA’s fit and practicality, highlighting the need to address both individual skills and organizational factors for sustained use. Implementation science frameworks were effective in identifying barriers and informing strategies to integrate evidence-based practices in schools.
