本綜述透過質性統合分析31項研究，探討家長對輔助性與非輔助性輔助與替代溝通（AAC）系統的看法｜主要障礙與支持多與機會因素相關，尤其是家長對培訓與專業知識的需求｜關鍵阻礙為缺乏具經驗的語言治療師，研究結果有助於臨床改善家庭支持並指導未來研究。

// This review examined parents' views on barriers and facilitators to using aided and unaided augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems for children with complex communication needs. Using a qualitative meta-synthesis of 31 studies, it found that most challenges and supports relate to opportunity factors, including parents' need for training and professional expertise. A key barrier was the lack of experienced speech-language pathologists in AAC. The findings can help clinicians better support families and inform future research on parental perspectives in AAC implementation.
