本研究透過綜合測試系統評估病患開放型咽鼓管（PET）與對照組的客觀功能參數｜結果顯示探針音壓（SPL）、開啟持續時間、咽鼓管開啟壓力（TTAG）及中耳容積均有顯著差異｜其中TTAG開啟壓力與探針音壓能準確區分PET症狀頻率和分類，具高度診斷價值｜研究支持將TTAG開啟壓力及探針音壓作為PET可靠量化評估指標。

// This study evaluated objective Eustachian tube function parameters in patulous ET (PET) ears versus controls using a comprehensive test system. Significant differences were found in probe-tone SPL, opening duration, TTAG opening pressure, and residual middle-ear volume between PET and control ears. TTAG opening pressure and probe-tone SPL also distinguished PET subgroups by symptom frequency and classification, with high diagnostic accuracy. These findings support the use of TTAG opening pressure and probe-tone SPL as reliable quantitative measures for PET assessment.
