// This study assessed knowledge, attitudes, and educational needs about hearing aids among 1,239 people in Southwest China using an electronic questionnaire. Most participants had good knowledge of hearing aids and showed a high willingness (97.5%) to use them, preferring to buy from hospitals. Medical background, better knowledge, and positive health education attitudes significantly predicted hearing aid adoption. The study concludes that public awareness and professional health education on hearing aids should be improved to better support those with hearing loss.
