// This study evaluated hearing screening outcomes in a mobile health program targeting Hispanic populations in El Paso, Texas. Screening failure was common (57%) and was significantly linked to older age, male gender, and lack of or public insurance. Embedding screenings in community outreach can improve access, but uptake is still low. The findings support culturally tailored, bilingual, and community-based approaches to reduce hearing health disparities in underserved Hispanic groups.
