// Developing a Clinically Practical Tool to Evaluate Directed Caregiver Communication in Early Intervention: A Pilot Study of the Tool's Reliability and Validity

本研究開發並驗證了「指導型照護者溝通評估工具」（DCC-AT），用以測量照護者與自閉症及非自閉症兒童的自然互動溝通｜透過遊戲錄影編碼，工具展現高度信度，並揭示兩組照護策略差異｜自閉症兒童照護者較少使用互動性策略，較多引導轉移，且兒童溝通能力與照護者方式相關，顯示DCC-AT具促進早期介入溝通品質的應用潛力。

// This study developed and tested the Directed Caregiver Communication Assessment Tool (DCC-AT) to measure caregiver communication during natural interactions with autistic and non-autistic children. Using coding of play-based videos, the tool showed strong reliability and captured differences in caregiver strategies between groups. Caregivers of autistic children used fewer interactive and more redirecting strategies, with child communication levels linked to caregiver approaches. The DCC-AT shows promise for improving early intervention by describing caregiver communication more effectively.
